    I recently started using the AdditionalNotesDetail table to write out to another application we have and to do so I needed to put a primary key on the table to use it with the Entity Framework. Things were fine for a little while but now I am getting a primary key violation as shown in the attached picture. There are only (4) fields with data in them in the notes table: NoteID, Date, Note, and IDKEY and even using all of those fields as a composite key I am still getting the error. Seems like something is wrong, please advise.

    this table doesn’t have a primary key. You can insert “Autonumber” type field as primary key.
